Balloon Release
Dear reader,
Once a year I want to host a balloon release in remembrance of the loved ones that have left us too early. This year we held a balloon release for my friend that took his life three months ago on August 12th. It was beautiful. 42 people came - his friends and family came to write letters to him, put them in the balloons, and send them off to the heavens for him to read. We were able to strengthen and cry with each other. Memories were shared, friendships made, and tears shed. I love my friend so much and miss him more everyday.
