Positive Thinking
Dear readers,
I was browsing the Living Is So Big website and came across this article from Chris Agudo. Here it is:
For the longest time my head felt like it was going to explode! For over three years the pain would always accompany me. I would go to many doctors and specialists, but no matter what they did, the pain would still end up being there.
Every bit of medication I was prescribed or took did not even help. Those headaches, migraines or whatever they were made me feel like my head was literally going to explode.
Then there was one day I had enough of it, I got angry. I didn't understand why I was going through all of that. I wanted change. I wanted to feel at the top of my game with my health and head. So, I thought about my dad. I wondered why he rarely, if ever, got sick or had any headaches.
I put two and two together and realized that he was always thinking positive and told himself that he was "healthy," always. He rarely ever thought negative about anything at all.
From that realization I decided to always think positive and think that I was healthy. I acknowledged that my head did feel terrible, but I did not dwell on it. I thought and told myself constantly that I was Healthy, Smart and Strong. I always thought positive.
After a while, miraculously, my head pressures vanished, I really did start to feel healthy without any pressure in my head. I realized that the way you think affects your overall results with health and how your day goes.
Till this day I think positive and I feel great. The moral of this story is that you should never give up no matter what you are going through. Because, it will get better. Always think positive, no matter what. Your thoughts are powerful.
